Absolutely! We aim to assist our customers in any way we can.
If you are having difficulties with your design, please let us know. We will help with the design and can send you a 3D rendering
of the kitchen at no cost.
Do you have a showroom?
Unfortunately, we do not have a showroom. One of the reasons we are able to keep our prices reasonable is the low overhead. However, our sales representatives have samples at their locations.
What is the fee to assemble my cabinets?
Our manufacturer charges (on average) $15 per cabinet assembled. Assembled cabinets also cost more
to ship. However, our cabinets are designed with the do-it-yourselfer in mind and are very easy to assemble.
This depends on your delivery method. If you live in another state and have your cabinets shipped to you, we do not have to charge sales tax. However, if you pick up from one of our locations, we are required to charge sales tax on the items.
Will my cabinets be shipped to me or to a warehouse?
Our cabinets are shipped directly to our customers
from the manufacturer.

What if there is a problem with my cabinets?
Very rarely,
there may be a small imperfection in one of our cabinets. If this occurs, please contact us and the damaged part will be
replaced at no cost to you.
Can you beat the quote I received from another company?
We are able to beat competitor quotes the majority of the time with a cabinet of equal or higher quality. The difference is often more than you would think. We have been able to save our customers 30-50% in the past. Send us your quote and we will do our best to save you money.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes. Our warranty states that Finally Affordable Cabinets guarantees that all products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of purchase. Replacement parts only will be provided.
Are your products made in America?
Not entirely. Certain parts of our cabinets are made overseas and final manufacturing is completed in the United States. Rest assured that your purchase will help to keep many hard working Americans employed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed with the manufacturer before 10am are shipped the same day. Otherwise, they are shipped the next business day. Once the order is shipped, the product will take anywhere from 3 to 7 days, depending on which part of the country you live in.
When can I pick up my order?
If your order is placed before 10am, you may pick up your order that afternoon. Orders placed after 10am may be picked up the next business day. Pick up is only available in South Carolina.
Do I need to pay for my order up front?
That depends on whether you are going to pick up your cabinets or have them shipped. Pick up orders may pay half up front and half at the time of pick up. Shipped orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.
